There’s another Alexa, also owned by Amazon, that for some is more useful than the one that provides assistance with setting alarms, pressing a button somewhere at home, or searching on Google.
Alexa.com is a different beast.
It reports on web traffic and ranks sites according to popularity, listing the top 500 sites on the web and sorting them by country and category.
According to Alexa.com, the top ten sites in the UK are:
