As you might have noticed, I’ve removed a few lines on this site and my social media bios that talked about self-publishing my next book by the end of this year.
I’ll still try to do this – I want to do this – but work’s been busier than I imagined and it’s proving difficult to cram everything in that I want to do (hence the daily blog posts grinding to a halt a few weeks ago).
Also, having cobbled together and sent off for feedback some sort of draft that fell woefully short of the standard I want for this book (or any other I might write), I realise that simply running out of time isn’t a good reason to publish.
So while I’m working as quickly as I can with it, I’m also taking my time. I want to produce something I’m proud of and will hopefully help people.
